JACKING SYSTEM FOR NEW BUILDS
Jacking Solutions has developed different models which can be adapted to the customer’s needs. In order to offer a reliable and safe solution, we work with subcontractors well known for their experience in jacking system.
Today, Jacking Solutions is the only jacking manufacturer totally independent, as we are not owned by any shipyard or any rig designer.
Of course, our solutions are class approved.
GREASING SYSTEM
Jacking Solutions is offering a greasing system specifically designed for jacking systems. This product is able to reduce at least by 60% the grease consumption.
This greasing system can be installed on new builds or on existing rigs and vessels.
UP-GRADES OF EXISTING SYSTEMS
Jacking Solutions develops custom made solutions to up-grade any jacking systems, such as:
- Additional row of pinions
- load monitoring system
- RPD measurement system

MAINTENANCE TOOLS
Jacking Solutions develops specific maintenance tools to reduce the cost of maintenance operations.
For exemple, we developed tools to ease the removal of the lower jacking units without having to remove the upper units.
