AT PROJECT STAGE, JACKING SOLUTIONS WILL:
– Offer its own jacking system
– Offer its own greasing system
– Review the jacking proposal of your selected supplier
– Make a design review of the interfaces between the frame/ the leg/ the jacking/ the guide
– Review of the selected greasing system
– Review or establish the critical spare part list
– Review or develop the means of maintenance
– Offer its own jacking system

AT MANUFACTURING STAGE, JACKING SOLUTIONS WILL:
Act as owner’s or shipyard’s representative to conduct quality control at the supplier facility
Act as owner’s or shipyard’s representative, at the shipyard:
– To follow the manufacturing of the legs, legs well, guide
– To assist during the installation of the jacking system
– To assist during the commissioning of the rig
